…dass ich jetzt auch anfange zu bloggen.

Den Gedanken, irgendwann mit bloggen zu beginnen, trage ich schon eine ganze Weile mit mir rum. Wieso jetzt?

Zappos ist mir schon länger ein Begriff. Das Buch ‘Delivering Happiness‘ von Tony Hsieh gehört meines Erachtens zur Pflichtlektüre jeder Person, die irgendwie mit Kunden zu tun hat – am Ende des Tages sind das wohl alle Mitarbeiter einer Firma.

Als ich dann am 2. Januar 2013 zufällig auf dieses Video hier gestossen bin, war für mich klar: DAS ist mein Thema.

Hier steht er nun also, der erste Blog-Post. Weitere sollen folgen, und zwar mit zwei Schwerpunkten:

  • Wie Kunden glücklich gemacht werden – in Form von erlebten Praxisbeispielen.
  • Wie Kunden glücklich gemacht werden können – das wären dann die theoretischen Ansätze dazu.

Habt Ihr mir Tipps, wo ich im Raum Zürich resp. Basel unbedingt mal hin muss, um Kundenorientierung ‘at its best’ oder auch ‘at its worst’ zu erleben? Ich freu mich auf Eure Kommentare.

    1. Danke für den Buchtipp, Heiko. Der Fischmarkt am Pike Place ist legendär. Hab Das Buch bis jetzt nur auszugsweise gelesen: phänomenal und auf jeden Fall ein Lesetipp.
