Zufriedene Kunden kommen wieder, wenn der Service gut ist.
Beim Hauptsitz von Pfister in Suhr begrüsste mich Verkaufsleiter André Meili. Er nimmt sich Zeit, um die mitgebrachten Grundrisspläne sowie die Möbelwünsche unter Berücksichtigung des Budgetrahmens zu besprechen. Danach beginnt die Beratungstour durch das mehrstöckige Gebäude mit seiner geradezu überwältigenden Auswahl.
Die Konfektionierung des Schrankes.
Ich mag es, wenn ich das Möbel nach meinem Gusto konfektionieren kann. Von der Schubladenanzahl bis hin zum Spiegel. Einen Spiegel oder doch zwei? Innen- oder Aussenmontage? Zwei oder vier Schubladen? André Meili erklärte fachgerecht und wenn nötig detailgetreu. Jeder Kundenwunsch wird erfüllt, sofern dieser vom Hersteller oder von Pfister umgesetzt werden kann. Sogar Probeliegen darf man sowie die verschiedenen Matratzen testen oder sich gar auf das künftige Bett legen.
Zufriedene Kunden kommen wieder
Genau dieser Tisch soll es sein.
Bei der Shoppingtour entdeckte ich einen Tisch. Die Holzstruktur und die Farbe gefielen mir. Der Tisch aus dem Lager wird anders aussehen erwähnte André Meili. Das wollte ich nicht. Ja dann ist dieser Tisch für Sie, Frau Kessler. Er nahm einen Zettel aus der Mappe mit der Aufschrift «verkauft». Die Möbel waren ausgewählt und der Preis berechnet. Und die Lieferwoche definiert. Das Lieferdatum und die Uhrzeit werden eine Woche vorher telefonisch von der Servicestelle koordiniert. So mag ich es. Ach ja, die Möbel sind von den Pfister-Monteuren, einem eingespielten Team, fachgerecht montiert worden.

Einige Wochen später war ich wieder bei Pfister.
Die charmante Frau Noemi Beti bediente mich. Das Badezimmermöbel war rasch ausgewählt, weil mir eines auf Anhieb gefiel. Ich bezahlte und wollte das Paket im Lager abholen. Frau Noemi fragte, wo ich parkiert habe. Sie begleitete mich zum Haupteingang. Dort zeigte sie mir wo das Lager zu finden ist. Als ich dort ankam war mein Paket bereits zum Abholen bereit. Der Lagerist öffnete die Fahrertüre. Was für eine schöne Überraschung. Er lud das Paket ins Auto, wünschte mir viel Freude mit dem Möbel und eine gute Fahrt. Mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen fuhr ich in meine neue Wohnung.
Einige Tage später.
Pfister bedankte sich herzlich mit einem Brief für meinen Besuch in Suhr und wollte wissen: Wie haben Sie unsere Beratung empfunden? Ein Feedbackformular lag bei. Aktive Kundenpflege, die nicht mit dem Kauf endet. Bravo!
